Adcock Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is a leading UK HVAC company.  With over half a century’s worth of experience behind them, they install and service heating, ventilation, air conditioning and ventilation systems right across the UK.  The family business has grown consistently over 50 years through expert training and employing the very best engineers.

In 2012 we were tasked with managing all marketing and public relations for the Adcock Group, covering a number of strategic areas including:

• Modernising the brand and increasing brand awareness
• Building a multi-platform website that generates high volumes of sales leads
• Writing all website content for inbound marketing
• Social media management
• Writing regular customer newsletters and eshots
• Writing brochures, direct mail, adverts and all website copy
• Writing press releases, website news, case studies and articles
• Managing all press and media relations, achieving wide media coverage
• Creating a marketing strategy that communicates the brand’s strengths
• Creating new digital sales tools
• Providing regional marketing and public relations for each of the 12 branch offices
• Writing award entries which saw the client become the RAC Cooling Industry Awards ‘Contractor of the Year’ 2014 and ‘Family Business of the Year 2016’
• Carrying out telemarketing for new business and appointment-making
